Pilates relaxes me, it gives me strenght and more life energy. It compliments jogging immensely and I have found quite a few usefull excercises which strenghten muscles and are efficient. Pilates at sport club Metulj is conducted in a nice and diverse way, most importantly with compassion and understanding. Progress and satisfaction is guaranteed.
