Nordic walking

Would you like to do more for your fitness and health? Nordic walking is definitely the ideal choice. Relaxed endurance workout that is easy to learn and doesn’t require expensive equipment.

Basic facts:

  • releases tension in the shoulders and the back of the neck

In nordic walking we walk differently than in “everyday” life. With proper technique, walking becomes a dynamic endurance sport. With us you will learn the right walking technique, hold the poles correctly, breathe properly, and not to put too much strain on your joints.

During the week we will be practicing at different locations around Ljubljana, and on the weekends we will take an organized walk to another nearby hill to make walking even more dynamic and varied.
